E-learning Specialist

TL;DR

E-learning Specialist (L&D): Designing and delivering engaging e-learning courses for a global game development company with an accent on instructional design methodologies and LMS management. Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote position).

What you will do

• Design and develop e-learning courses including interactive activities, quizzes, and video guides using instructional design methodologies.
• Manage the Open edX LMS including course uploads, enrollments, and system improvements.
• Coordinate internal English language courses and Speaking Clubs with external vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning materials with company needs.
• Support onboarding and compliance programs by organizing content in the LMS.
• Maintain onboarding and English training reports on a regular basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in E-learning development or L&D.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, or Rise.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies like ADDIE or SAM.
• Basic skills in video editing and visual design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or Figma.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Must be based in Ukraine for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open edX or similar LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and data reporting tools like Power BI.
