What you will do

• Deliver live and virtual training and workshops for customers and partners.
• Adapt facilitation style to customer audiences and skill levels.
• Use data and feedback to recommend improvements and report on impact.
• Share insights from the field to inform instructional design.
• Stay current with product updates and maintain subject matter expertise.
• Support educational experiences at industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience facilitating training, preferably in B2B SaaS or customer education.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and training best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer training platforms (e.g., Skilljar, Articulate, LMS tools).
• Familiarity with customer education KPIs (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS).
• Experience with hirify.global, legal tech, compliance software, or regulated industries.
