TL;DR

Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Engineering (SaaS): Leading the GTM Engineering team to design and implement scalable technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth. Focus on business process automation, CRM architecture (Salesforce/HubSpot), and driving cross-functional strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid office role)

Salary: $190,000 – $245,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of business systems and full stack engineers.
  • Define the technical roadmap and vision for the GTM technology landscape.
  • Design scalable integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other revenue-critical platforms.
  • Drive the adoption of low-code/no-code solutions to streamline operational processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to optimize the customer lifecycle.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and implement high-impact automation frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Systems or GTM Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in people management.
  • Must be located in New York or willing to work from the New York office.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (including CPQ and Apex) and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency in system integrations, API-driven workflows, and low-code automation.
  • Strong background in business process re-engineering and stakeholder management in a SaaS environment.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with data reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of revenue operations strategies.
