Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco or New York City; Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Salary: $280,000 – $345,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the Solutions Engineering team.
• Guide and support a multifaceted team throughout the pre-sales cycle, encouraging adoption and implementing scalable systems.
• Act as a trusted escalation point for key customers, addressing complex technical challenges and communicating with executive stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Sales, Deployment, Product, and Research to create a seamless customer journey.
• Advocate for innovative AI applications across various sectors to position the company as a leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles within complex, global organizations.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring and mentoring.
• Proven track record managing C-level technical and business relationships.
• Experience leading complex sales involving Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
• Strong grasp of network and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python or JavaScript.
