Salary: Region 1: $200,600 - $236,000 Region 2: $182,750 - $215,000 Region 3: $164,900 - $194,000

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to drive revenue strategy and decision-making.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting processes.
• Communicate revenue performance to internal and external stakeholders, including Board of Directors.
• Architect the long-term strategic roadmap for revenue forecasting.
• Spearhead the evolution of Finance systems, partnering with technical teams to implement high-scale tools.
• Deepen understanding of membership forecasting dynamics and evolve membership revenue forecasting model.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant finance experience, with extensive experience forecasting revenue from the FP&A function.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-level professionals.
• Demonstrated experience driving significant innovation within a Finance organization.
• Ability to operate at all levels, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while able to be hands-on when needed.
• Mastery of complex revenue models, specifically regarding recurring revenue (membership/subscription) and hardware-software ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP (Netsuite), Data Visualization (Tableau), and Planning (Pigment) ecosystems, with the ability to lead large-scale system implementations.
