TL;DR

Total Rewards Analyst (Fintech): Executes and audits rewards programs within the LATAM People team with an accent on compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Focus on data analysis, stakeholder influence, and vendor management to ensure equitable and competitive rewards programs.

What you will do

  • Execute regular audits and ensure adherence to company policies and LATAM labor laws.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making across various stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on compensation trends and present data-backed reports.
  • Perform market pricing for new roles and assist in the annual update of salary structures.
  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Manage relationships with external benefit providers and oversee the end-to-end invoice approval process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong background in operational audit and data analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of Colombian labor law.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into simple narratives for executive-level reviews.
  • English: C1+ required.
  • Data Mastery: Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday (specifically the Compensation and Benefits modules).
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of regional labor markets (Mexico, Brazil).
  • Portugues
