What you will do

• Prospect and qualify new broker and borrower leads through proactive outreach.
• Manage inbound enquiries and assess deal viability for the lending team.
• Conduct consistent outbound calls and emails to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain high CRM accuracy and track all pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to facilitate deal flow and documentation.
• Represent the brand at industry events to network with referral partners.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Availability to work the full Sydney Time zone shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine interest in the finance, lending, or mortgage broking industry.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and hitting activity targets.
• High level of organization with strong attention to detail.
