What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new broker and borrower leads through proactive outreach.
- Manage inbound enquiries and assess deal viability for the lending team.
- Conduct consistent outbound calls and emails to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain high CRM accuracy and track all pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to facilitate deal flow and documentation.
- Represent the brand at industry events to network with referral partners.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Availability to work the full Sydney Time zone shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Genuine interest in the finance, lending, or mortgage broking industry.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and hitting activity targets.
- High level of organization with strong attention to detail.

- Experience in private lending, broking, or commercial finance.
- Possession of an existing professional broker network.
