What you will do
- Serve as the primary recruitment partner and mentor within the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
- Build trust and collaborate with executive leadership to meet talent demands.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles.
- Maintain a quality candidate pipeline and coordinate interview and offer processes.
- Document strategy sessions and feedback with candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- 7+ years recruiting experience in global or hyper-growth companies.
- Proven ability to influence and build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social networks.
- Knowledge of global recruitment laws and policies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with Workday ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
- Background in gaming, content distribution, media, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with global recruitment methodologies across multiple regions.
