What you will do

  • Serve as the primary recruitment partner and mentor within the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Build trust and collaborate with executive leadership to meet talent demands.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Maintain a quality candidate pipeline and coordinate interview and offer processes.
  • Document strategy sessions and feedback with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • 7+ years recruiting experience in global or hyper-growth companies.
  • Proven ability to influence and build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social networks.
  • Knowledge of global recruitment laws and policies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Background in gaming, content distribution, media, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment methodologies across multiple regions.
