What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with recruiters and HR business partners to execute hiring strategies
• Source, network, and engage candidates to build talent pipelines
• Conduct candidate prescreens and coordinate interview logistics
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems while reporting on key metrics
• Assist with hiring events and talent acquisition projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experience
• Experience using CRM and ATS systems such as Avature, iCIMS, or Taleo
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements, including OFCCP guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry
• Experience recruiting for engineering or operations-related roles
• AIRS or HCI recruiting certifications
