- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to align goals and dependencies
- Develop flexible project plans with milestones and ownership
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage dependencies
- Facilitate efficient meetings and structured ceremonies for alignment
- Communicate progress, decisions, and next steps clearly
- Lead launches and readiness; ensure scope and timelines are clear
🎯 Requirements
- Ownership mindset with limited oversight
- Strong Agile/Lean with Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent collaboration and communication across teams
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering managers to align goals
- Jira and Confluence proficiency for planning and tracking
- 4+ years leading cross-functional tech projects; eng/integrations a plus; PM certs preferred
