What you will do

• Design and rollout real-time AI processes for clinical tasks.
• Tune low-latency models and services for live decision making.
• Partner with product and engineering to embed AI into telehealth and care-delivery pipelines.
• Establish and track operational metrics related to physician productivity, visit duration, and capacity.
• Oversee production AI systems for performance, reliability, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history building and deploying production ML/AI systems.
• Proficient with Python and SQL and experience handling large-scale data.
• Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, or real-time AI applications.
• Exposure to healthcare data or clinical workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of model monitoring, evaluation, and performance in production.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
