Salary: $220,320.00-363,860.00 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive data and AI enablement roadmaps in partnership with VP of AI and Data.
• Drive enterprise data strategy that supports both traditional analytics and advanced AI/ML initiatives.
• Define foundational data platforms, technologies, and reference architecture that scale across enterprise applications.
• Oversee robust data movement capabilities (ETL/ELT), real-time streaming, and pipeline reliability at enterprise scale.
• Provide cutting-edge tooling, environments, and expertise for predictive modeling and advanced AI applications.
• Drive comprehensive data governance, quality frameworks, and conversion strategies ensuring trusted, compliant data assets.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive data leadership experience with 5+ years in executive roles.
• Proven experience with large-scale data platforms and enterprise application integration.
• Deep expertise in enterprise applications including Salesforce, Workday, ERP systems.
• Strong background in data architecture, warehousing, and modern lakehouse technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide data strategy and influence senior leadership.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies and cloud platforms.
• Background in AI/ML model deployment and MLOps practices.
