What you will do

• Act as senior data authority engaging with C-suite clients and leading data-focused pursuits.
• Develop strategic views on data market trends and champion thought leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data consultants, engineers, BI leads, and data scientists.
• Own the data practice business including revenue, profitability, and team development.
• Partner with sales and client teams to expand strategic accounts and lead presales solutioning.
• Manage key partnerships such as Databricks and drive joint delivery efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with ability to travel 35-40%.
• 10+ years in data and analytics with 3+ years in director or practice lead roles in consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience building/scaling data practices and owning P&L.
• Deep expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and modern data architectures.
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience developing and mentoring technical teams.
• English: Native or near-native proficiency (C2)

Nice to have

• AWS certifications such as Certified Data Engineer – Associate.
