What you will do

• Develop influencer strategies and creative output.
• Manage day-to-day influencer campaigns, including identification, vetting, negotiation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, and digital stakeholders.
• Maintain the influencer database and stay updated on cultural/social trends.
• Nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships.
• Present creative content solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Experience working in a regulated category such as beauty.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships and strong stakeholder management.
• Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
