What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems, developing APIs and orchestration layers to enable real business transactions.
• Develop full-stack solutions that support agent interactions, including web interfaces, backend services, and integration layers.
• Partner directly with customers to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to identify product gaps and prototype new capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with AI & Agent Systems, including Large Language Models and Prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Full Stack Development, including Backend services and APIs.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations, including REST APIs and CRM system integrations.
