What you will do
- Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads and appointments.
- Follow up on existing leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Promote IT services including managed services, professional services, cyber security, networks, Microsoft 365, website development, and graphic design.
- Book and confirm meetings and site visits for the specialized sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call outcomes and interactions in the CRM.
- Support the growth of the business by consistently meeting lead generation and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
- Working knowledge of IT services and the ability to speak confidently about IT solutions in a sales context.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software to log calls and manage pipelines.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong bias for action and lead generation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
