TL;DR

Account Manager Growth (EMEA): Manage and expand customer accounts post-sale with an accent on customer retention, upselling, and strategic partnership. Focus on developing deep product knowledge, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving net revenue expansion within the EMEA region.

Location: Dublin or London office with hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand hirify.global’s product offerings and roadmap to confidently address customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure strategic alignment and communication.
  • Identify and pursue new expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for expansions and renewals, including negotiation and coordination with internal experts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in Dublin or London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • 3+ years experience in customer management or sales.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; a second European language is preferred.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline building skills without inbound support.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and customer-facing interactions.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and collaborative across departments.

  • Experience in security and compliance.
  • Interest and ability to responsibly apply AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
