What you will do

• Own product vision and strategy for fintech platform products
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner with financial institutions to align product direction with market needs
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams
• Establish product practices, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms
• Deliver measurable business and customer outcomes

Requirements

• Location: Toronto, Canada
• 8+ years of product management experience including leadership
• Proven ability to own product vision, strategy, and outcomes for complex platforms
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate in complex systems with integrations and workflows
• Experience in fintech, lending, payments is a plus
