What you will do
- Conduct pre-booked home visits with qualified customers and closing deals on heat pumps, solar, insulation, and other green technologies.
- Build your own pipeline through referrals, warm outreach, and cold calling to consistently hit and exceed targets.
- Manage and track your sales activity through HubSpot CRM.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience that drives repeat referrals and keeps your pipeline full.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- Proven experience in field or door-to-door sales.
- Strong objection handling skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage pipeline.
- Self-starter mentality: you treat this like your own business, because it essentially is.
Nice to have
- Experience in renewables or energy is a bonus, not a requirement.
