What you will do
- Setup and support software applications in clinical and patient-related environments.
- Support global country organizations in problem-solving via ticketing system, email, and other communication channels, and, if necessary, also on site.
- Train local specialists as part of training sessions and ensure global understanding of the functionality of the digital solutions described.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as guidelines, installation manuals, FAQs, etc.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business degree with a focus on IT.
- Several years of professional experience in IT service and support and demonstrate strong customer orientation.
- Strong interest in network technologies (LAN/WiFi), Windows server infrastructures and/or cloud applications.
- Possess very good skills in common MS Office applications as well as ticketing and CRM tools.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to communicate confidently with colleagues from around the world.
- A high level of personal responsibility, communication strength, and commitment characterizes you.
