What you will do

• Lead the Digital Workspace team by setting goals, fostering independence, and building a culture of accountability.
• Improve the maturity of local IT operations by streamlining team structure and closing process gaps.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to resolve complex operational challenges for the team.
• Collaborate with international teams to align strategies and maintain consistency across regions.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations while scaling infrastructure to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Computer Networks, or related field
• 3-6 years of professional experience in fast-paced IT environments
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Google Workspace
• Proven skills in Mobile Device Management (SOTI or Workspace ONE)
• Confidence managing Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS hardware environments

Nice to have

• Experience in IT support leadership or mentorship
• Background in process improvement and scaling IT infrastructure
