What you will do
- Take ownership of first-level IT support and resolve day-to-day issues across devices, tools, and access.
- Independently set up laptops and accounts for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Keep track of IT equipment and ensure everything is ready to use and up to date.
- Ensure meeting rooms and setups run smoothly and step in when things break.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and improve processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, computer science, or a related field (or have strong practical interest).
- Have a basic understanding of IT systems (Windows, macOS, or similar).
- Be highly proactive, hands-on, and take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Be confident figuring things out independently and not afraid to troubleshoot.
- Enjoy solving problems and making things work reliably.
- Be available for 3–4 months, starting asap.
