What you will do
- Resolve escalated technical issues across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement configuration changes within customer environments
- Manage incidents in accordance with SLAs and best practices
- Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Support projects alongside senior engineers and solutions teams
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to service and process improvements
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Ramsgate
- Prior experience in a school environment with understanding of safeguarding and data protection
- Significant knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, virtualization, networking, and hardware
- Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a live environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management
