What you will do

• Design and implement automation to reduce manual IT tasks such as onboarding and access management.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to improve operational workflows.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and core SaaS tools including Google Workspace.
• Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, and inventory.
• Administer identity and access systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Support networking, VPN, and monitoring systems to ensure environment reliability.

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK or Malta.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in IT operations or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting proficiency across hardware, SaaS platforms, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with automation/scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Proven experience administering Google Workspace and end-user support environments.
• Ability to act as an escalation point for operational issues and alerts.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLA management.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Relevant professional certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Google IT).
