Digital Infrastructure Engineer

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid, with frequent out-of-hours/overnight work required).

What you will do

• Document business requirements and existing digital capabilities.
• Implement new infrastructure enhancements and improvements following established protocols.
• Take ownership of 3rd line incidents through to resolution, coordinating with external vendors.
• Identify root causes for recurring operational issues and plan permanent fixes.
• Manage change requests for project activities and operational updates.
• Perform hands-on installation and deployment, including overnight work on the London Underground network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with remote management tools, core network technologies, and Windows server environments.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Linux operating systems like Ubuntu.
• Experience implementing technical solutions and integrating COTS products.
• 2+ years of experience working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to work within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Must be able to perform regular out-of-hours and overnight work on site in London.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing technical environments.
• Previous use of PDQ Inventory & Deploy.
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with digital advertising or signage platforms.
