What you will do
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for macOS, Chrome OS, and various SaaS applications.
- Maintain and manage hardware/software asset inventory and provisioning processes.
- Resolve AV and conference room connectivity issues for office stakeholders.
- Manage high-volume technical escalations via the global ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation, tools, and strategies for system improvements.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure service continuity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Expertise in macOS, Chrome OS, and enterprise SaaS tools like Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of endpoint management solutions such as JAMF, Airwatch, or Intune.
- Strong experience troubleshooting office networks and AV/conference room equipment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be able to work onsite in the London office.
