What you will do

  • Support the execution of the EMEA demand generation plan through campaign coordination and performance tracking.
  • Manage paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication.
  • Oversee lead capture processes, including landing page setup and form optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to monitor CPL, MQL quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers to ensure campaign delivery.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives and alignment with sales development teams.

Requirements

  • German: Native speaker required
  • English: Full professional proficiency required
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing in the technology/SaaS sector.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance based on data.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with UK or DACH markets.
  • Previous work with intent data platforms and account-based marketing.
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and media partners.
