What you will do

• Track and analyse market-moving corporate events, including M&A and IPOs, as well as public company news.
• Extract key information from company announcements, regulatory filings, investor materials, and other primary public sources.
• Validate automated model inputs and outputs to support accurate forecasts.
• Write research reports and content notes that help clients interpret forecasts.
• Communicate directly with clients to explain the research.
• Improve research processes and data quality.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Comfort working under time pressure with incomplete information.
• Clear written communication, structured thinking, and the ability to prioritise signal over noise.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Pandas, or Excel.
• Familiarity with regulatory filings and primary-source research.
• Knowledge of multiple spoken languages.
• Prior exposure to research, investing, or event-driven market analysis.
