TL;DR

Product Owner (SaaS): Taking ownership of two teams, one building a SaaS portal for Managed Service Providers (hirify.global Insights) and the other developing a design system and frontend platform (Nebula). Focus on backlog management, prioritization, and driving PI planning within a SAFe environment, bridging business strategy and technical execution.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, the United Kingdom. Must be based in the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

• Create and maintain the Product Backlog by continuously defining user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and evaluating scope.
• Direct and inspire engineering teams to build valuable product in small increments.
• Define acceptance criteria for product increment and validates outcomes.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineering team(s) to break down work into increments.
• Guide technical integrations and dependencies.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working with, leading, and motivating teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Product Owner experience with a track record of delivering quality products.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have

• Experience as a member of a distributed/remote or international team.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering product in an Agile development environment.
• Minimum of 3 years working with the Atlassian software suite.
