Location: Must be resident of WA, CA, OR, ID, AZ, or TX. Candidates in Washington state within reasonable driving distance to Tukwila HQ are requested to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays; others in approved remote locations will work remotely.

Salary: $128,900 - $157,500

What you will do

• Lead project delivery from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support Agile delivery teams working in Scrum or Kanban environments to prioritize and organize work.
• Coordinate across product, technology, operations, and vendor teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
• Maintain project visibility through dashboards, reporting tools, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage project plans, resources, budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles, support governance and compliance, and facilitate implementation activities.

Requirements

• Must be resident of WA, CA, OR, ID, AZ, or TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading complex enterprise initiatives in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage project delivery and workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
