TL;DR

Location: In-person role, must be based in New York

Salary: $77,000–$110,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)

What you will do

  • Prospect and generate new leads utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Execute full-cycle sales processes including cold calling, email outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with C-level decision-makers.
  • Maintain sales activity and pipeline records within HubSpot.
  • Travel nationwide to attend and support client summits.
  • Participate in structured mentorship and continuous sales training programs.

Requirements

  • 1 year of proven B2B or B2C sales experience.
  • Strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns.
  • Hunter mentality with a focus on closing new business.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the New York office.
