Salary: Between $192,000 USD and $278,000 USD (USA-based roles only) or between $167,000 CAD and $242,000 CAD (Canada-based roles only)

What you will do

• Shape how Product Growth operates across hirify.global’s enterprise offerings.
• Identify and drive platform-level improvements for experimentation capabilities across product surfaces.
• Partner with product, design, and data leaders to ensure experiments are technically sound and strategically aligned.
• Establish guardrails and best practices to ensure experimentation velocity does not compromise performance or data integrity.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to leveling up experimentation fluency across the organization.
• Influence roadmap decisions by grounding strategy in technical constraints and opportunity analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building and evolving experimentation platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable instrumentation strategies and ensure high data integrity across complex product surfaces.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives that span frontend, backend, and data systems.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling product-led growth in a B2B SaaS organization.
• Experience designing experimentation systems in compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Qualtrics).
