What you will do

• Define and drive the live mini-game roadmap.
• Ensure timely releases of new mini-games and improvements.
• Lead execution across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of each mini-game.
• Champion end-to-end product ownership.
• Guide feature iteration by leveraging feedback, data, and team collaboration.
• Continuously refine internal processes and performance tracking to scale the impact of the mini-games team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with experience leading and growing teams.
• Ability to lead by example, inspire cross-functional teams, and influence without authority.
• Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal formats.
• A player-first mindset with a deep understanding of mobile game loops, motivations, and behaviors.
• Strong ability to interpret gameplay and business data, test hypotheses, and define success metrics.
• Proven ability to deliver complex features across disciplines on time and at quality.
