Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona. Position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Barcelona office two days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).

What you will do
- Drive the development of monetization strategies and provider-focused value propositions to unlock new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and finance teams to design and implement impactful product features.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify growth opportunities, measure pricing elasticity, and evaluate product performance.
- Launch and iterate on MVPs, measuring impact rigorously to scale successful product hypotheses.
- Define clear, transparent roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to drive marketplace liquidity and platform growth.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistency in executing marketplace strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona to work from the office two days per week.
- Strong technical abilities with proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Proven experience with multivariate product experimentation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, product strategy, and economic principles.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous prioritization and execution challenges.
