What you will do

• Support hirify.global's PR strategy including proactive media pitching, inbound media management, press releases, and rapid response.
• Build and deepen relationships with key reporters and outlets covering logistics, trade, technology, and business.
• Develop and execute a thought leadership program that positions hirify.global's CEO & Founder and other senior leaders.
• Shape content strategy and development across blog, social media, website, webinars, and other owned channels.
• Own the voice and cadence of how hirify.global communicates with customers outside of product and transactional workflows.
• Leverage AI tools across the communications function to drive efficiency across content production, media monitoring, research, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience spanning PR, communications, and content.
• Proven media relationships and a track record of landing meaningful coverage in top-tier business, trade, and technology outlets.
• Experience as a communications partner to senior executives.
• Strong editorial instincts and the ability to build a content program from strategy through execution.
• Experience owning customer communications in a B2B environment.
• You must be based in the United States.
