What you will do

• Support hirify.global's PR strategy, including media pitching, press releases, and rapid response.
• Build relationships with key reporters covering logistics, trade, technology, and business.
• Develop a thought leadership program for hirify.global's CEO and other senior leaders.
• Shape hirify.global's content strategy across various channels, aligning with demand generation and brand awareness goals.
• Own the voice and cadence of customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate messaging.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance communications efficiency and speed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PR, communications, and content, with agency and in-house experience preferred.
• Proven media relationships and a track record of securing coverage in top-tier outlets.
• Experience as a communications partner to senior executives, including interview preparation and thought leadership development.
• Strong editorial instincts and the ability to build a scalable content program.
• Experience owning customer communications in a B2B environment.
• Ability to move fast, manage multiple workstreams, and exercise excellent judgment.
• Familiarity with the logistics, supply chain, or trade industry is a plus.
• You actively use AI tools to drive efficiencies across content production, media monitoring, research, and workflow automation.
