Head of EMEA Product Partnerships (AI): Owning hirify.global’s most important business development and partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with an accent on identifying, developing, and executing a regional partnership strategy. Focus on negotiating and closing strategic deals across commercial terms, product scope, data/privacy, brand/marketing, incentives, and expansion paths.

Location: Munich, London, Dublin or Paris. Hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office). Relocation assistance is offered for new employees.

What you will do

• Own EMEA partnership strategy and execution of regional priorities to accelerate product adoption across enterprise, developer, and consumer channels.
• Negotiate and close strategic deals across commercial terms, product scope, data/privacy, brand/marketing, incentives, and expansion paths.
• Lead senior partner relationships by building trust, aligning on joint value props, and managing complexity.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Policy teams to align roadmaps, navigate constraints, and execute partnership initiatives.
• Bring a strong point of view on country and sub-region differences across EMEA, informing prioritization, positioning, and partner selection.
• Define success metrics and use analytical judgment to assess progress, surface risks, and communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or general management within the technology industry.
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact partnerships involving major technology partners.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics with experience operating across multiple regions and countries.
• Product-savvy with the ability to engage technical stakeholders credibly and influence product direction and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to inform decisions and communicate impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment and operate both independently and collaboratively.
