TL;DR
Product Manager (AI): Lead strategy and execution of conversational AI and platform capabilities for enterprise SaaS products with an accent on technical product discovery, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Germany, hybrid model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week

What you will do
- Own product discovery and deliver technical product areas from definition through launch and iteration
- Shape product direction using market insights, customer feedback, and platform constraints
- Build prototypes and collaborate with engineering and design for robust technical solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment and transparent communication to accelerate decision making
- Define success metrics and use data to evaluate and improve product outcomes
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work within the hybrid model
- Proven experience as a technically fluent Product Manager in SaaS, AI, or platform environments
- Hands-on with modern AI tooling and prototyping capabilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex problems with customer value focus
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
