Staff Technical Program Manager (AI): Leading programs to accelerate AI software performance on custom high-performance hardware with an accent on AI model integration and software stack optimization. Focus on aligning cross-functional engineering teams, translating customer requirements into technical roadmaps, and maximizing AI compute efficiency.

Location: Hybrid, Belgrade, Serbia. Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).

What you will do

  • Lead programs to advance and accelerate AI software performance on custom high-performance hardware.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning AI model integration and performance optimization across the software stack.
  • Partner with engineering leads, product teams, and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Translate customer and model requirements into actionable technical plans and product priorities.
  • Manage software lifecycles across multi-repo, multi-platform, and multi-team environments.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts into clear updates for executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Technical fluency in program management within fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with AI model development and understanding its impact on engineering priorities.
  • Ability to align multiple engineering teams and balance short-term deliverables with long-term roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, influence teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance) is mandatory.
