What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for retail-to-digital experience solutions.
• Translate business objectives, market trends, and customer feedback into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping in partnership with UX and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, technology, and operations to align on priorities and dependencies.
• Support customer-facing activities including demos, workshops, and proposal development.
• Monitor product performance, influence adoption, and drive continuous improvement through measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on backlog management experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, microservices, and API-based systems.
• Experience delivering products that bridge physical hardware (kiosks, POS, scanners) and digital experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in regulated or audit-driven environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills in a matrixed organization.
