What you will do

• Partner with internal teams to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into validated product opportunities with high ROI potential.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery in an agile environment, working closely with engineering and operational stakeholders.
• Define, manage, and iterate on a prioritized roadmap of AI-enabled productivity use cases.
• Develop and track success metrics, including adoption rates and efficiency gains, to drive rapid iteration cycles.
• Document patterns and reusable components to scale successful solutions across the wider enterprise.
• Apply modern discovery methods, rapid prototyping, and evidence-based decision-making to productivity product development.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Extensive product management experience delivering software solutions in agile environments, with an operational focus.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and modern automation concepts.
• Experience building or managing AI-enabled workflow tools and productivity systems.
• Strong discovery expertise, including mapping workflows and validating solutions with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across complex, matrixed organizational structures.
