TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Developing issuer-facing products for the Say platform to empower public companies and shareholders with an accent on enterprise SaaS workflows and investor relations. Focus on leading 0→1 product initiatives, driving strategy, and defining roadmap requirements to improve financial transparency and engagement.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices with 3 days per week in-person attendance required.

Salary: $129,000 – $195,000 USD (Zone-dependent base pay).

What you will do

  • Define and drive the strategy and product roadmap for Issuer Products aligned with customer needs.
  • Conduct deep research with investor relations and corporate secretary teams to uncover workflow inefficiencies.
  • Partner with design and engineering to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and execute predictable releases.
  • Lead new 0→1 product initiatives from initial validation and testing to market launch.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning in the fintech SaaS space.
  • Monitor product analytics to measure usage, retention, and tangible business impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically with enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of taking new products from concept through successful market release.
  • Strong product judgment rooted in data, customer insights, and strategic business context.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills for navigating complex, multi-stream initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
