Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL offices with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $129,000 – $195,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct product management experience building platform products.
• 5+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading.
• Strong expertise in utilizing product analytics and experimentation to drive platform decision-making.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with granular problem-solving.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
