Location: Remote - Nationwide

Salary: $166,900.00 - $242,050.00

What you will do

  • Define and own the enterprise TPA channel strategy, including segmentation, tiering, coverage models, and engagement standards.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics for growth, retention, platform utilization, and partner experience across the TPA channel.
  • Provide executive oversight for strategic national and regional TPA relationships and build executive-to-executive connectivity between TPAs and internal senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 TPA Firm Channel Relationship Managers.
  • Partner with Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Client Services to drive coordinated execution and remove barriers to growth.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the TPA channel and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in retirement services, defined contribution recordkeeping, intermediary distribution, or financial services.
  • Experience defining and executing enterprise TPA or intermediary channel strategies with measurable growth and retention outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50%, including overnight travel, to support key relationships and industry events.
  • For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption.

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and service enhancements.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships with national and regional TPA firms.
