What you will do

• Define and execute design strategy for the core Cart & Checkout experience within the global platform.
• Translate complex technical and operational constraints into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure cohesive design implementation across the customer journey.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and inform iterative improvements.
• Present and defend design recommendations to executive stakeholders using data and user insights.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to fellow designers to elevate the overall quality of craft.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and visual design systems.
• Experience navigating complex transactional ecosystems within Agile environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma.

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, procurement, or order management workflows.
• Background in designing AI-enabled tools or workflows.
• Expertise in designing for multi-user ecosystems including internal and external stakeholders.
