What you will do
- Define and execute design strategy for the core Cart & Checkout experience within the global platform.
- Translate complex technical and operational constraints into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure cohesive design implementation across the customer journey.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and inform iterative improvements.
- Present and defend design recommendations to executive stakeholders using data and user insights.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to fellow designers to elevate the overall quality of craft.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and visual design systems.
- Experience navigating complex transactional ecosystems within Agile environments.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma.

- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, procurement, or order management workflows.
- Background in designing AI-enabled tools or workflows.
