What you will do

• Own end-to-end design across one or more product domains, from discovery to production-ready specs.
• Run structured discovery, including user interviews and prototype testing, to translate insights into design direction.
• Improve key product flows with a focus on measurable outcomes such as conversion, activation, retention, and usability.
• Design high-fidelity UI and interactions that balance craft with velocity.
• Contribute to and evolve a design system that keeps pace with product growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define the right solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products.
• A portfolio showing relevant end-to-end product design work, including your role, decision-making, and the impact of what shipped.
• Strong experience designing complex B2B / SaaS products.
• A track record of shipping product work with measurable impact, not just polished visuals.
• Strong interaction design skills and the ability to simplify complexity into clear, usable flows and interfaces.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Product and Engineering in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a scaling startup environment, especially from Seed to Series B.
• Exposure to mid-market or enterprise UX.
• Strong prototyping skills.
• Experience facilitating lightweight UX research, such as interviews or prototype testing.
