What you will do

• Define and execute the North Star vision for hirify.global Prototyping.
• Lead AI-native design initiatives to bridge the gap between initial sketches and functional prototypes.
• Navigate product ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the prototype mode as an internal startup.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges regarding AI quality and tool integration.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the refinement of design systems and internal tooling.
• Ensure a best-in-class user experience that remains consistent with hirify.global's existing product suite.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, specifically in B2B SaaS or AI-focused domains.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused product strategies and clear business impact.
• Proven ability to lead design in the AI space with a deep understanding of current AI design tooling.
• Strong experience in UX practices, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience working on design tools, creative software, or complex editors.
