What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of epics, ensuring accurate structure and up-to-date information.
- Improve the process for working with epics, including ticket types, labeling conventions, and content standards.
- Prioritize tasks for the team, adjusting scope and ticket types as project requirements evolve.
- Plan team capacity and workload, balancing priorities across concurrent deliveries.
- Provide regular progress reporting on development timelines, giving clear visibility to stakeholders.
- Champion Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project or delivery management within a large, complex organization.
- Experience in delivering IT projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Hands-on experience managing backlogs, epics, and delivery workflows in tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Fluency in English (min B2 is a must)
