What you will do

• Own end-to-end experiences for Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring transparency and user trust in AI-driven actions.
• Simplify complex AI autonomy and control mechanisms into intuitive B2B workflows.
• Design for Arabic-first enterprise users, ensuring high-quality RTL experiences and cultural relevance.
• Develop reusable design patterns and scalable component systems for the platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and design critiques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX, and interaction design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component systems and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, or Lebanon.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, copilots, or autonomous systems.
• Expertise in RTL and Arabic-first product design.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, explainability, or AI ethics principles.
• Experience with SaaS businesses serving enterprise customers in the Middle East.
