What you will do

• Manage and maintain identity management platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex BAU incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Define and drive long-term technical strategy for identity services through workshops and coaching.
• Promote scripting and automation using PowerShell to streamline authentication and operational tasks.
• Produce service performance and security data reports to identify trends and process improvements.
• Collaborate across IT functions under ITIL frameworks to champion customer satisfaction and system stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel to London
• 5+ years of experience in Identity Management or Microsoft Systems Engineering.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Active Directory (on-premises) and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and technical coaching.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quest AD tools, ADFS, and Certificate Services.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols.
• Familiarity with auditing tools like Varonis.
• Understanding of cloud resources including IaC, SaaS, and Azure fundamentals.
